Job summary

Avadian Credit Union is seeking a(Member Experience Advocate - Universal) to travel among South Region branches including Geneva, SAMC (Dothan), Dothan West Main and Mobile. You will act as a full-service liaison, delivering needs-based solutions, processing transactions, opening accounts, and helping members with loans and relationship growth.

You will rotate through branches, adhere to policies, leverage CRM for referrals, and travel as required to support service quality and sales goals while

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail banking experience.
• Sales quota experience or sales management experience.
• Must be comfortable providing needs based solutions to members.
• Willingness to travel between described locations and to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a full-service liaison between members and Avadian Credit Union.
• Provide needs-based solutions and explain consumer, mortgage, and business loan products.
• Perform transactions, open accounts, resolve issues, and originate loans.
• Balance notes and maintain knowledge of CRM for referrals and logs.
• Cover rotating branch duties and support multiple South Region branches.
