Skin and Aesthetics Center is seeking a Medical Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients across our network of locations. The role emphasizes patient service, appointment scheduling, and robust administrative support within a busy healthcare setting.

The ideal candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking while maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance. Travel between practice locations is required as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior medical office or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with computer systems and multi-line phone systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Schedule appointments across multiple providers and locations.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect patient demographics.
• Process patient check-ins and check-outs, including payments.
• Answer multi-line phones, direct calls, and take detailed messages.
• Coordinate referrals and prior authorizations with insurers.
