ExamWorks, Inc. is seeking a dependable Traveling Receptionist based in Glendale, CA. This entry-level role involves supporting multiple clinic locations with travel to surrounding cities and a pay range of $22 to $23 per hour.

You will greet examinees, answer phones, prepare charts, escort examinees to exam rooms, and support clinic staff. The position offers paid travel time and mileage reimbursement, with a schedule provided 6 weeks in advance.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state driver''s license and willingness to travel daily.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Organized with strong time-management.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and check in examinees professionally.
• Answer phones and direct calls.
• Prepare charts and paperwork for appointments.
• Escort examinees to exam rooms.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby.
• Assist physicians and clinic staff as needed.
• Monitor workflows to keep appointments on schedule.
• Support the Clinic Director with administrative tasks.
• Participate in training and learning opportunities.
