Child & Family Service in Texas is seeking a detail-oriented front office staff member for our spine/pain management clinic, working full-time in-person across McKinney, Greenville, and Sherman.

You will greet patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, manage payments, and coordinate with medical staff. We offer a transportation stipend and daytime hours, with competitive pay.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of medical front office experience and EMR (ECW/eClinicals preferred).

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of front-office medical office experience.
• EMR experience is required.
• ECW/eClinicals experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office.
• Scheduling and referral requests experience.
• Basic knowledge of insurance verification.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-ins/check-outs.

• Answer calls and respond to patient questions.
