Job summary

Thrive PEO is seeking a detail-oriented front office staff member for our spine/pain management clinic. The role involves greeting patients, managing check-ins/outs, scheduling, and handling administrative tasks as staff travel weekly among McKinney, Greenville, and Sherman, Texas.

We offer a transportation stipend, competitive pay of $19–$21 per hour, and benefits with a daytime schedule in a fully in-person setting.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of previous experience working in the front of a medical office.
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience is a must.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, manage check-ins/check-outs, and ensure a positive first impression.
• Schedule patient appointments and reschedule when necessary.
• Answer calls and patient questions.
• Send medical records to patients and other medical offices.
• Verify insurance, process payments, and maintain accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with medical staff to keep the office running efficiently.
