IQVIA MedTech CFS is seeking Field Service Technicians to troubleshoot, repair, and update medical devices in hospitals across the United States with on-site support. The role emphasizes hands-on technical work and collaboration with healthcare professionals.

This part-time position requires travel, flexible scheduling, and the ability to work independently in varied customer settings, with the potential to grow into new opportunities within the medical device industry.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year related technical experience required.
• 3+ years in field technical roles with hardware and software installation preferred.
• Experience in field service, engineering, biomedical, maintenance, electronics, electrical, technical work, or IT is preferred.
• Prior military veterans with electronics, maintenance, or IT MOS encouraged to apply!
• Professional business acumen including communication and soft skills required
• Must be comfortable with basic software programs and Microsoft operating system
• Ability to assemble and disassemble equipment and devices
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work independently in customer settings with minimal supervision required

Responsabilidades

• Organizing, testing, and updating medical devices, installing, and configuring hardware, software, and network products.
• Set-up and organization of equipment and workstations.
• Conduct routine checks and records data from product tests after installation and configuration.
• Manage project timelines and customer needs.
