Job summary

IQVIA MedTech CFS is seeking Field Service Technicians to troubleshoot, repair, and update medical devices in hospitals nationwide, with on-site team support and flexible scheduling. Travel nationwide, 40+ hours per week during assignments, and the chance to grow into new opportunities in the medical device industry are offered.

This role requires a valid driver license, willingness to use a personal vehicle, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds while working independently in customer

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year related technical experience
• 3+ years in field technical role with hardware and software focus preferred
• Experience in field service, biomedical, electronics or IT preferred
• Must be comfortable with basic software programs and Microsoft OS
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work independently in customer settings

Responsibilities

• Organizing, testing, and updating medical devices, installing, and configuring hardware, software, and network products.
• Set-up and organization of equipment and workstations.
• Conduct routine checks and records data from product tests after installation and configuration.
• Manage project timelines and customer needs.
