Job summary

IQVIA MedTech CFS is seeking Field Service Technicians to troubleshoot, repair, and update medical devices in hospitals across the United States, with on-site team support. You will install hardware, configure software, and test products, while managing timelines and customer needs.

This part-time role requires travel (1–3 weeks on-site per assignment), a valid driver’s license, access to a personal vehicle, and the ability to sit/stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year related technical experience required.
• 3+ years’ experience in field technical role with focus on both hardware and software installations preferred.
• Must be comfortable with basic software programs and Microsoft operating system.
• Must have an active and unrestricted driver license and own vehicle within 1 hour of a major airport.

Responsibilities

• Organizing, testing, and updating medical devices, installing, and configuring hardware, software, and network products.
• Set-up and organization of equipment and workstations.
• Conduct routine checks and records data from product tests after installation and configuration.
• Manage project timelines and customer needs.
