Job summary

IQVIA MedTech CFS is seeking Field Service Technicians to troubleshoot, repair, and update medical devices in hospitals across the United States, with on-site support. You will work with healthcare professionals and lead technical initiatives in medical device technology while developing leadership skills.

This part-time role offers travel, 40+ hour weeks on assignment, with 1–3 weeks onsite per assignment and travel between sites.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year related technical experience required.
3+ years in field technical role with hardware and software installations preferred.
Experience in field service, engineering, biomedical, maintenance, electronics, electrical, IT preferred.
Prior military veterans with electronics/maintenance/IT MOS encouraged to apply.
Professional business acumen including communication and soft skills required.
Comfort with basic software programs and Microsoft operating system.
Ability to assemble/disassemble equipment and devices.
Ability to sit/stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work independently in customer settings with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Organizing, testing, and updating medical devices, installing hardware, software, and network products.
Set-up and organization of equipment and workstations.
Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation.
Manage project timelines and customer needs.
