Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Project Manager (Mechanical, Travelling) to lead multi‑site industrial projects across the Western US. You will coordinate engineers, electricians, and subcontractors, build schedules and budgets, and ensure safety and quality while communicating with clients and executives.

Travel up to 10% is required as projects move across mine sites and facilities. Ideal candidates bring 7–10 years in heavy industrial construction with a track record in field leadership, strong

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in heavy industrial construction with field operations or mechanical scopes.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency with project management software including Bluebeam, Procore, Accubid and P6.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, changes, schedules, and client communications.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards (NFPA 70E or OSHA).
• Experience with piping, slurry systems, high‑pressure lines and HDPE fusing; ability to read P&ID’s & ISO’s.
• Experience with heavy rotating equipment and mill installation.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, initiation, scope, schedules, and budgets.
• Build and manage project teams including technicians and subcontractors.
• Coordinate resources, procurement, and vendor relationships.
• Oversee execution, safety, quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
• Communicate project status to clients and stakeholders.
• Manage changes and document updates.
• Maintain project documentation and prepare reports.
• Conduct project reviews and finalize deliverables and invoicing.
