Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple mechanical projects across the Western US. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality, working closely with the Project Executive, field leaders, and clients while traveling to sites.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in heavy industrial construction with field management exposure, deep knowledge of electrical systems, and experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Accubid and P6. PMP/CCM or PE licenses are preferred; a B.S.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in heavy industrial construction, with field ops or mechanical scope management.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency in PM software: Bluebeam, Procore, Accubid, P6.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, change orders, scheduling, and client comms.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with clients and engineers.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets; conduct risk assessments.
• Lead project teams of electricians, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate resources, materials, equipment, and subcontractors for timely delivery.
• Monitor progress, safety, budget, and timelines; report status to stakeholders.
• Handle changes efficiently; document and communicate scope changes.
