Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Project Manager (Mechanical, Travelling) based in Boise with travel to Montana and Washington. You will lead project planning, execution, and closeout across multiple heavy industrial projects, coordinating with engineers, field leaders, and clients.

You will guide resource allocation, manage budgets, ensure safety compliance, and drive on-time delivery while reporting progress to stakeholders. A strong background in heavy EPC/design-build contexts is desired.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in heavy industrial construction with 3–5 years direct managing field operations or mechanical scopes.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Proficient with project management software including Bluebeam, Procore, Accubid and P6.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful execution of multiple projects with the project executive and field leadership.
• Define scope, goals, deliverables, schedules, and budgets; perform risk assessments.
• Build and lead project teams; manage electricians, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate resources, procure materials, and manage vendor relationships.
• Monitor progress, budget, timelines, and safety/quality standards.
• Communicate project status to clients and stakeholders regularly.
• Handle changes in scope efficiently; document and inform relevant parties.
• Prepare final reports and invoices; ensure project closeout completeness.
