Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Project Manager - Mechanical to spearhead industrial projects across the Western US. The role involves leading multidisciplinary teams, coordinating field operations, and managing scope, schedule, and cost while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate closely with Project Executives, field leadership, and clients, travel up to 10%, and drive project success from initiation to closure.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in heavy industrial construction with field ops or mechanical scopes
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations
• Proficiency in project management software including Bluebeam, Procore, Accubid and P6
• Ability to manage multiple projects, change orders, scheduling, and client communication
• Commitment to safety and quality with NFPA 70E or OSHA certification
• Experience with process piping and heavy rotating equipment

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams including electricians, technicians, and subcontractors
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets; conduct risk assessments and mitigation
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and personnel; manage procurement and vendor relations
• Monitor progress, budget, timelines; communicate status to clients
• Handle changes in scope and document changes; ensure safety and quality compliance
• Prepare reports and close-out documentation; support project closure and invoicing
