Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Project Engineer-Travelling to support the Project Manager and field teams across Western US projects. The role emphasizes documentation, scheduling, procurement, and rigorous communication to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

Ideal candidates have construction/engineering backgrounds, strong organizational skills, and the ability to read drawings and specs. Significant travel, safety, and regulatory compliance are integral to the role.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in construction/engineering preferred.
• Construction/project engineering experience.
• Ability to read drawings, specs, RFIs and submittals.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Manager and field teams in coordinating execution of construction projects.
• Assist with project documentation, scheduling, procurement, and communication.
• Maintain and coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, drawings, permits and related records.
• Support planning and controls through schedule updates, cost tracking, and forecasting.
