Job summary

Loenbro, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial construction efforts in the South - Mechanical/Structural group. You will oversee projects from initiation through closeout, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor management, while ensuring safety and client satisfaction.

The role reports to the Area Manager and requires coordinating with field teams, vendors, and leadership to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred.
• 3+ years managing industrial or commercial construction projects.
• 2+ years as a Project Manager in the Mechanical field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale commercial & industrial construction projects from setup to close-out.
• Manage recruitment and leadership of teams including PMs, engineers, and coordinators.
• Monitor budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and resource allocation to meet contract requirements.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance on all projects and manage subcontractor performance.
• Maintain strong client relations and coordinate with field operations and leadership.
