Dematic is seeking a Mechanical Installation Foreman to lead small crews, execute installation tasks, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity on customer project sites across the continental United States.

The role requires 90% travel, hands-on leadership, training, and coordination with project managers to meet timelines. Strong reading of engineered drawings and adherence to safety standards are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical degree or specialized training preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in mechanical installation, including conveyors and structural steel.
• Ability to read and interpret engineered drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 1-3 mechanical installers and coordinate daily activities.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity on job sites.
• Complete installation tasks within scheduled timelines.
• Support equipment run-in and system start-up.
