Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical degree or specialized training preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in mechanical installation, including conveyors and structural steel erection.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 1–3 mechanical installers and provide daily direction.
• Lead safety programs and enforce job-site safety.
• Read and execute work from engineered drawings.
• Install conveyors, structural and header steel, platforms, guardrails, and rack systems.
• Assist in equipment run-in and system start-up.
• Provide site status updates to project managers.
