Job summary

Dematic Corp. is seeking a Mechanical Installation Foreman to lead 1–3 installers on conveyor system installations across the continental United States. You will read engineered drawings, coordinate work plans, and uphold safety and quality at each site.

Responsibilities include daily stand-up facilitation, field issue resolution, and on-site documentation. Travel up to 90% is required, with opportunities for leadership growth in field operations and project management.

Qualifications

• Require high school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Experience reading engineered drawings and layouts on mechanical installs.
• Demonstrated safety leadership and field issue resolution ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of 1–3 mechanical installers on site.
• Read and interpret layouts for conveyor systems and structural install.
• Promote safety culture with BBSO, JHA, and job safety practices.
• Coordinate work plans and report status to project managers.
• Travel up to 90% within the continental United States.
