Dematic is seeking a talented Mechanical Installation Foreman to support conveyor system installations across customer sites in the continental United States. This role leads small teams, executes mechanical installation tasks, and ensures safety, quality, and productivity on site.

You will communicate with site leadership and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track. Responsibilities include leading 1–3 installers, coordinating plans, writing trip reports, and maintaining job

Competenze

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical degree or specialized training preferred.
• OSHA safety training preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineered drawings and layouts.
• Experience in mechanical installation of conveyor systems.

Mansioni

• Lead and oversee daily activities of 1–3 mechanical installers, providing direction and support.
• Coordinate work plans and participate in stand-up meetings.
• Perform mechanical installation tasks including conveyors, structural steel, platforms, and piping.
• Promote safety culture with safety observations and job hazard analysis.
• Provide daily site status updates and write trip reports.
