Dematic is seeking a Mechanical Installation Foreman to support conveyor system installations across customer sites in the continental United States. You will lead 1–3 installers, coordinate daily work plans, and execute mechanical installations while upholding safety and quality standards.

Strong leadership and site supervision experience.
Ability to read and interpret engineered drawings and layouts.
Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality on construction sites.
Excellent communication with project teams and site leadership.
Experience supervising small teams of installers.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee daily activities of 1–3 mechanical installers.
Coordinate work plans and daily stand-up meetings.
Execute mechanical installation tasks including conveyor systems and components.
Read and interpret engineered drawings and layouts.
Drive safety through BBSO, JHA, and JSA.
Provide daily site status updates to Project and Site Managers.
