Job summary

MasTec is seeking a Materials Receiver to support on-site field purchasing and inventory control. This role requires domestic travel and works closely with the Field Buyer to receive all materials and maintain accurate on-site inventory.

Responsibilities include coordinating deliveries, verifying packing slips, distributing materials, and updating inventory in Procore daily. Forklift operation and construction experience are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• A minimum of one year of construction experience.
• Able to operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deliveries by accompanying truck drivers to the proper drop sites.
• Coordinate deliveries to the laydown yard and drop sites for each area of construction.
• Ensure material packing slips are accurate and updated.
• Distribute materials to proper site personnel on request.
• Maintain inventory control and storage of items received.
• Provide daily on-site reports of material deliveries to management.
