Job summary

Singleton Construction, LLC is seeking a Receiving Coordinator to serve as the on-site hub for inventory and material management across nationwide projects. You will receive deliveries, track materials, and ensure accurate, organized inventory to keep crews on schedule.

You will work with superintendents, project managers, vendors, and drivers to minimize shortages and prevent delays. This 100% travel role requires strong organization, multitasking, and clear communication, with at least one

Qualifications

• Experience in receiving, warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, project coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliveries simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets, email, and online systems.
• Forklift and OSHA 10 certifications are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect deliveries and track all incoming materials.
• Unload and organize pallets, crates, and boxes.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, Project Managers, and vendors to avoid delays.
• Assist with scheduling and project documentation.
• Support Two-Week Look Ahead planning meetings.
