Ideal candidates have 5+ years in multifamily service operations, 2+ years in direct service management, and a proven ability to lead large teams while delivering strong customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Multifamily Service Operations Management.
• At least 2 years of experience in a direct Service Management role.
• Proven track record of managing large properties, motivating teams and delivering strong customer service.
• Strong communication, coaching, and training skills with multi-site supervision.

Responsabilités

• May serve as acting Service Manager and provide standard operational support.
• Provide regional oversight of maintenance, service requests, and turn processes.
• Support property managers and regional teams during audits and action plans.
