Qualifications

• License to practice nursing as a licensed practical nurse issued by Ohio Board of Nursing.
• Certification in IV Therapy required for LPNs who administer dialysis.
• Current Ohio licensure or eligibility as an LPN is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer nursing care within scope of practice under supervision.
• Observe, document, and report patient conditions; provide patient teaching.
• Administer medications and manage basic treatments as ordered.
• Respond to emergencies and assist RN/Physician as needed.
