Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking a Specialty Systems Superintendent to lead installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of advanced specialty systems on large projects. The role involves coordinating teams, ensuring safety, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

The position requires extensive travel (60-75%), a schedule that may include nights, weekends and holidays, and a background in electronic systems installation.

Qualifications

• Education: Completion of Electronic Systems Technician (EST) Apprenticeship Program.

Responsibilities

• Supervises installation of specialty systems (10+ technicians) and multiple projects, aiming to meet or beat estimated costs.
• Travels to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, and maintain systems (copper/fiber cabling, outside plant, CCTV, WLAN, fire alarm, access control, security, audio).
• Develops and integrates project schedules with other trades.
• Has experience with complex/technical installations.
• Opens new accounts to expand scope and revenue through upselling, estimating, pricing, and negotiation.
