Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience wiring and terminating low voltage electrical systems.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew to install, repair, and inspect electrical systems.
• Manage assets and control service costs.
• Communicate and coordinate with support staff and crew members.

Skills

Strong organization, planning and problem-solving skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to read and understand electrical schematics

Ability to solder and desolder wires

Proficiency with MS Office applications

Ability to influence others positively

Education

High School diploma or GED
