Job summary

LINX is seeking a hands-on Low Voltage Quality and Training Specialist to own QA/QC for fiber and copper cabling on hyperscale data center projects. You will inspect installations against BICSI and TIA/EIA standards, train crews, and document quality processes on site.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in network cabling.
• Strong knowledge of TIA/EIA and BICSI standards.
• Proficiency with cable testing tools such as Fluke DSX-600/8000.

Responsibilities

• Conduct QA/QC inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Supervise cabling crews and coordinate corrective actions with project managers.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and documentation.
• Train and mentor junior QC personnel and communicate updates to clients and stakeholders.
