Job summary

LINX is seeking a hands-on Low Voltage Quality and Training Specialist to own QA/QC for fiber and copper cabling on hyperscale data center projects. You will inspect work against BICSI and TIA/EIA standards and train crews to ensure quality before it reaches the customer.

This role involves 100% travel to project sites nationwide, supervising crews, and developing quality procedures while mentoring junior staff. Excellent communication and field experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in network cabling, including fiber and copper installations.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards (TIA/EIA, BICSI) and QA processes.
• Proficiency with cable testing tools, including Fluke DSX-600/8000.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct QA/QC inspections of network cabling projects to ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements.
• Supervise cabling crews and collaborate with project managers to address deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation for inspections and progress.
