LINX is hiring a Low Voltage Quality and Training Specialist to own QA/QC for fiber and copper cabling on hyperscale data center projects. You will inspect work, ensure compliance with BICSI/TIA standards, and train crews on best practices.

This hands-on role requires 3–5 years in cabling, strong QA knowledge, and the ability to travel nationwide 100%. Growth path includes advancement into senior roles as quality leadership expands.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in network cabling, including fiber and copper installations.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards (TIA/EIA, BICSI) and QA processes.
• Proficiency with cable testing tools, including Fluke DSX-600/8000.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel 100% to project sites nationwide.

Responsabilités

• Conduct QA/QC inspections of network cabling projects to ensure compliance with standards and safety.
• Perform job-site inspections, report findings, and verify project scopes including materials and labor.
• Perform pre- and post-installation quality checks and address defects.
• Supervise cabling crews and coordinate with project managers on corrective actions.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and maintain documentation.
• Train and mentor junior QC personnel to improve skills.
