Job summary

Greenawalt Hospitality is seeking a Traveling Event Production Manager who will help prepare, build, operate, and break down live events across the Southeast and beyond. You will coordinate production, crews, equipment, and transportation while collaborating with Event Managers and leadership.

This hands-on role requires flexibility, strong communication, and willingness to participate in every stage of event production, often with significant travel and overnight deployments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related studies are a plus.
• Experience in event production or logistics preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate setup and breakdown of event spaces and installations.
• Organize production schedules and crew assignments.
• Support on-site operations and adapting to changes.
• Manage equipment loading, staging, and movement.
• Lead teams and provide hands-on guidance during deployments.
• Follow safety procedures and document operational logs.
