Not everyone wants a career that looks the same every day.
At Greenawalt Hospitality, our teams travel to venues and events across the country to help create memorable experiences for guests, clients, and event partners.
From college football games and major music festivals to concerts and premium hospitality experiences, we handle the preparation, equipment, logistics, and hands-on work that make events possible.
We're looking for a Traveling Event Production Manager who is ready to take on new challenges, work in different locations, and help lead event operations from start to finish.

The Traveling Event Production Manager helps prepare, build, operate, and break down live events throughout the Southeast and other regions of the country.
This position combines event production, crew coordination, equipment management, transportation logistics, and on-site operational support.

This role requires flexibility, strong communication, and a willingness to actively participate in every stage of event production.
This is an opportunity to experience live events from a completely different perspective.
Instead of attending a festival or sporting event as a guest, you’ll be part of the team responsible for making it happen.
One week you might be helping build a hospitality area for a major college football game. The next, you could be traveling to another state to prepare a large concert or festival.
You’ll gain valuable experience in event production, logistics, equipment operations, and team leadership while working in different environments throughout the year.
For someone who enjoys travel, physical work, and seeing the results of their efforts, this career offers a unique combination of experiences.
You’ll likely enjoy this position if you:

This position requires significant travel, typically ranging from 50-120 days annually based on event schedules and operational priorities.
Travel may include overnight assignments, extended deployments, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Candidates must be comfortable with flexible schedules, physically demanding work, and spending time away from their home location.
If you're looking for a career that combines travel, teamwork, leadership, and the excitement of live events, we'd love to meet you.
