Cedarhurst Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Specialist to provide leadership, training, and oversight for life enrichment and memory care programming across multiple Cedarhurst communities, traveling as needed to support locations requiring assistance.

The LES reports to the Director of Education & Engagement and mentors Life Enrichment teams to ensure high-quality, person-centered resident experiences, family engagement, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Two or more years of experience in a senior care community with demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Recreation Therapy, Social Work, Gerontology, Nursing, Health Administration, or a related field preferred.
• State-required license or certification as a Life Enrichment/Activity Professional preferred.

Aufgaben

• Support Life Enrichment teams to optimize resident well-being.
• Mentor Life Enrichment leaders and support new community openings and acquisitions.
• Travel across Cedarhurst communities to provide coverage and support as needed.
• Oversee implementation and monitoring of memory care programming and electronic life enrichment platforms.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations and promote person-centered engagement.
