Cedarhurst Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Specialist to lead and mentor Life Enrichment teams across multiple Cedarhurst communities. The role involves travel to support locations, oversee memory care programming, and promote resident well-being with family engagement initiatives.

Qualificações

• Experience in senior care communities with leadership responsibilities.
• Ability to mentor Life Enrichment teams and collaborate with regional leaders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in program delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Support Community Leadership and Life Enrichment teams to optimize resident well‑being.
• Develop and implement resident engagement approaches using life enrichment methods.
• Assist during acquisitions and new community openings; mentor EN teams.
• Oversee electronic life enrichment platforms, family engagement, and memory care programming.
• Coordinate education, training, and mentoring for Life Enrichment staff.
• Implement and monitor Cedarhurst memory care model; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide on-site visits to ensure standards are met; address resident rights concerns.
• Support hiring and onboarding of Life Enrichment Directors and Coordinators.
• Travel to multiple communities; participate in long-term travel planning.
