Centurion Health is seeking a Full-Time Traveling Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Crossroads Correctional Center in Cameron, MO. The role requires an active Missouri or Compact LPN license, CPR/BLS, and at least one year of LPN experience; travel nursing experience is preferred.

You’ll work nights, provide holistic care, and be a Centurion employee with full benefits. Travel LPNs can earn up to $1,625/week including a non-taxed weekly stipend; candidates must live 90+ miles from the facility

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Missouri or Compact LPN license with IV-Certification.
• Must live 90+ miles from the designated facility.
• Minimum of one year of LPN work experience in a clinic, hospital, correctional facility, or long-term care setting preferred.
• Minimum of one year of travel nursing experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required; ability to obtain security clearance (drug screen and background check).

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients within scope of practice under RNs and medical/psychiatric staff.
• Respond to physical and behavioral health needs of patients.
• Adhere to facility policies and maintain clinical documentation.

We are currently seeking a Full-time Traveling Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Centurion Eagles Travel Team at Crossroads Correctional Center located in Cameron, MO. Our travelers have opportunities throughout the country and are full-time, benefit-eligible Centurion employees.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

• Must have an active unencumbered Missouri or Compact LPN License with IV-Certification
• Must live 90+ miles from designated facility.
• Minimum of one year of work experience as an LPN in a community outpatient clinic, hospital, correctional facility or long-term care facility preferred
• Minimum of one year of travel nursing experience preferred
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ BLS
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
