Fairway Management, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Manager for a 100% travel position overseeing leasing and move-in processes for new construction communities.

You will lead marketing, advertising and branding efforts to achieve 100% occupancy within established timeframes and relocate to new assignments. Qualifications include strong multitasking, excellent communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media.

Responsabilidades

• Generate qualified traffic and document inquiries.
• Plan and implement marketing events and campaigns.
• Utilize social media and other online sources for leasing.
• Visit properties and prepare competition reports.
• Communicate professionally with clients, investors and staff.
• Manage application paperwork and compliance processes.
• Take applications and collect documentation; review screening.
• Process and achieve high approval percentages; maintain move-in timelines.
• Ensure 100% occupancy for transition to new management.
