Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified traffic and document inquiries.
• Plan and implement marketing events.
• Utilize social media and other online sources for leasing.
• Visit competitive properties and prepare reports.
• Communicate professionally with clients and team at all times.
• Manage application paperwork and compliance processes.
• Take applications and collect required documentation.
• Submit and review applicant screening.
• Process applications to achieve high approval percentages.
• Prepare timely move-in processes and ensure 100% occupancy during transitions.
• Adhere to company procedures and performance standards.
