Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified traffic and document inquiries and denials.
• Plan and implement marketing events.
• Utilize social media and other online sources for leasing.
• Visit competitive properties and prepare competition reports.
• Communicate professionally with clients, investors, and staff at all times.
• Manage application paperwork and compliance processes.
• Take applications and collect required documentation.
• Screen applicants and review credit/criminal reports.
• Process applications and maintain high approval rates.
• Manage move‑in processes and ensure 100% occupancy during transitions.
• Ensure timely processing of resident applications and certifications.
• Maintain strong client relations with site staff and review financial documents.
• Identify irregularities in documents and report them to supervisors.
• Meet deadlines with strong prioritization and follow‑up.
