Job summary

Fairway Management, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Manager for a 100% travel role coordinating leasing, marketing, and move-in processes for new construction communities.

You will drive occupancy and lead brand new senior and family developments across local communities, ensuring timely move-ins and strong resident relations. You will travel extensively to assignments lasting 3-5 months, with expenses covered; 1+ year leasing/property management experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task at a high level.
• Strong sales and marketing skills with entrepreneurial spirit.
• Excellent communication via email, Microsoft Teams, and telephone.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified traffic and document inquiries.
• Plan and implement marketing events.
• Utilize social media and other online sources.
• Visit competitive properties and prepare competition reports.
• Communicate professionally with clients, investors, community leaders and staff.
• Manage required application paperwork and compliance processes.
• Take applications and collect required documentation.
• Submit and review applicant credit/criminal screening.
• Process applications to achieve high approval percentages.
• Prepare and implement timely move-in process.
• Achieve 100% occupancy during transition to management company.
• Review and approve resident applications/certifications.
