Qualifications

• Experience managing leasing and move-in processes for new developments.
• Ability to plan and execute marketing events and campaigns.
• Strong communication skills for interactions with residents, investors and staff.
• Proficient with social media and online marketing channels.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified inquiries and document all inquiries and denials.
• Plan and implement marketing events; utilize social media and online sources.
• Visit properties and prepare competition reports; communicate professionally with stakeholders.
• Manage application paperwork, credit/criminal screening and timely move-in processes.
• Aim for 100% occupancy during transition to management.
• Review and approve resident applications and certifications; maintain client relations.
