Job summary

ECI Group is seeking a Floating Leasing Manager to lead leasing teams across our communities. You will travel between properties to maximize occupancy and rent growth, coach leasing consultants, and provide leadership during absences to ensure continuity of site operations.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in leasing with leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to resident satisfaction. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimal education: high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 3+ years of related leasing experience with leadership or mentorship of leasing staff.
• Experience supporting or overseeing site-level operations is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence and lead.
• Proven track record delivering strong customer service and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Travel 50–85% between properties to support leasing performance and operations.
• Lead, coach, and motivate onsite leasing consultants to professional standards.
• Provide leadership coverage during absences and support day-to-day operations.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new leasing hires on policies and procedures.
• Drive sales by showcasing community quality and lifestyle benefits.
• Handle qualification, screening, and application processes for residency.
• Support reporting, file audits, and other property management tasks.
