Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an Experienced Lean Project Professional for the Critical Facilities-Data Centers group in the USA. This on-site role leads and supports lean initiatives at the business unit or project level to boost value, learning, and collaboration across teams.

You will work with Last Planner System, Lean Roadmap, and visual management, delivering training, coaching, and standard work to drive continuous improvement on major data center projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities; proficiency with computer applications.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and schedule.
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills; coaching mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support lean enterprise initiatives aligned with goals and priorities.
• Work daily with teams using Last Planner System and Lean tools.
• Provide insight, direction and strategic alignment to the business.
• Facilitate project launches using Launch Matrix and Lean Roadmap.
• Develop standard lean training and coaching across region and projects.
• Conduct project reviews to establish measurable improvement goals.
