Responsibilities

• Travel to all properties as required to perform maintenance tasks.
• Assist in achieving the property’s annual budget by monitoring maintenance expenses.
• Perform preventive and emergency maintenance as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of local, state, and federal laws governing tenant/landlord relations.
