Qualifications

• High school graduate or higher; provide diploma or transcript.
• Completion of formal phlebotomy program or three months of clinical phlebotomy.
• Enrollment in MLT/MLS program with phlebotomy coursework.

Responsibilities

• Obtain biological specimens following SOPs.
• Perform phlebotomy at various sites and communicate specimen handling needs.
• Enter orders and collection information into LIS/HIS; monitor logs.
• Provide results in LIS/HIS and report over the phone.
• Maintain daily quality control and monitor equipment.
• Travel between clinic sites as needed and assist teammates.
