Qualifications

• Basic Life Support certification required within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Follows SOPs to obtain biological specimens.
• Performs phlebotomy at multiple sites.
• Enters and releases orders and collection information in LIS/HIS.
• Provides results and communicates findings by phone.
• Maintains safety and infection control throughout procedures.
