Sharp Spoon Network is recruiting Traveling Kitchen Assistants for a national leader in disaster response and large-scale culinary operations. Work alongside professional chefs preparing and serving quality meals in high-volume kitchens across the country.

We’re seeking dependable candidates with at least one year of professional fine-dining experience who can travel nationwide, work 12-hour shifts, and embrace the on-the-road lifestyle.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional fine-dining experience.
• Hands-on experience with food preparation or kitchen support in a professional kitchen.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and kitchen sanitation.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel nationwide, work approximately 12-hour shifts, and complete 30-day assignments followed by approximately 14 days off.
• Willingness to complete required background screening, drug testing, and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Assist chefs with food preparation, portioning, plating, and meal service.
• Prepare ingredients and support high-volume breakfast, lunch, and dinner operations.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workstations.
• Support dishwashing, stocking, food storage, and kitchen setup.
• Follow food safety procedures and work closely with culinary leadership.

• Potential weekly gross earnings of approximately $1,696 during qualifying deployments
• Weekly pay
• Lodging provided during qualifying deployments
• Company-paid travel when applicable
• Approximately 30 days on assignment / 14 days off

What You'll Do

Experience in upscale restaurants, luxury hotels, or fine-dining kitchens is especially relevant. High-volume banquet, catering, or large-scale culinary experience is a plus.
