Sharp Spoon Network is seeking Traveling Kitchen Assistants to support disaster-response and large-scale culinary operations across the country. You will support chefs in high-volume kitchens, travel nationwide (approx. 30 days on/14 days off), with 12-hour shifts.

Lodging is provided, and overtime pay applies, along with a $45 daily per diem during deployments. Candidate must have at least one year of professional fine-dining experience, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional fine-dining experience.
• Hands-on experience with food preparation or kitchen support in a professional kitchen.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and kitchen sanitation.
• Ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel nationwide, work approximately 12-hour shifts, and complete 30-day assignments followed by approximately 14 days off.
• Willingness to complete required background screening, drug testing, and onboarding.

The Opportunity

Sharp Spoon Network is recruiting Traveling Kitchen Assistants for a national leader in disaster response and large-scale culinary operations.

Work alongside professional chefs preparing and serving quality meals in high-volume kitchens across the country. We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals with at least one year of professional fine-dining experience who are ready to take their kitchen skills on the road.

Compensation & Benefits

• $16/hour plus applicable overtime


• Potential weekly gross earnings of approximately $1,696 during qualifying deployments


• $45 daily per diem during qualifying deployments

What You'll Do

Experience in upscale restaurants, luxury hotels, or fine-dining kitchens is especially relevant. High-volume banquet, catering, or large-scale culinary experience is a plus.
