Job summary

Sharp Spoon Network is seeking Traveling Kitchen Assistants to support disaster-response kitchen operations across the country. You will work alongside professional chefs in high-volume settings, traveling nationwide for deployments.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of professional fine-dining experience, solid prep and plating skills, and a strong commitment to food safety. Expect 12-hour shifts, lodging during deployments, and per diem.

Qualifications

$1,696 Estimated Weekly Gross Pay + $45 Daily Per Diem

$16/hr + Overtime | Weekly Pay | Lodging Provided

Nationwide Travel | Approximately 30 Days On / 14 Days Off

The Opportunity

Sharp Spoon Network is recruiting Traveling Kitchen Assistants for a national leader in disaster response and large-scale culinary operations.

Work alongside professional chefs preparing and serving quality meals in high-volume kitchens across the country. We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals with at least one year of professional fine-dining experience who are ready to take their kitchen skills on the road.

Compensation & Benefits

• $16/hour plus applicable overtime
• Potential weekly gross earnings of approximately $1,696 during qualifying deployments
• $45 daily per diem during qualifying deployments
• Weekly pay
• Lodging provided during qualifying deployments
• Company-paid travel when applicable
• Approximately 30 days on assignment / 14 days off
• Approximately 12-hour shifts during deployments

What You'll Do

• Willingness to travel nationwide, work approximately 12-hour shifts, and complete 30-day assignments followed by approximately 14 days off.
• Willingness to complete required background screening, drug testing, and onboarding.

Experience in upscale restaurants, luxury hotels, or fine-dining kitchens is especially relevant. High-volume banquet, catering, or large-scale culinary experience is a plus.
