Job summary

Responsibilities

Train new dealers and installation crews on proper pergola and cabana installations.
Provide hands-on demonstrations and coaching during installation.
Teach fundamentals: measuring, leveling, plumb, square, product-specific requirements.
Provide refresher training for existing dealers and new crews.
Troubleshoot installation challenges and offer practical solutions.
Coordinate with dealers to prepare them for installations.
Support trade shows and other installation activities as needed.
Serve as a professional resource for the dealer network.
