Job summary

James Hardie is seeking an Installation Project Specialist within StruXure Outdoors. You will support installation projects, coordinate field crews, and ensure high-quality work for customers. This role suits early-career candidates seeking hands-on project coordination experience.

No industry experience? We’ll train motivated candidates with strong work ethic and solid communication skills. A valid driver’s license and travel readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Early-career experience in construction, field service, installation, or project coordination.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate commercial pergola and cabana installation projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Coordinate installation crews, materials, schedules, and jobsite readiness.
• Collaborate with general contractors, engineers, architects, property managers and customers.
• Participate in pre-construction meetings and ensure sites are ready for installation.
• Support proposals, bids, project pricing, budgets and documentation.
• Monitor project schedules, costs, quality and progress.
• Travel to jobsites to launch projects and support closeout.
