Job summary

Hussmann is seeking an Installation Supervisor/Project Manager to oversee site branch installations and coordinate with Installers and Helpers. This traveling role requires strong leadership, planning, and communication to deliver safe, high-quality service across sites.

You will read plans, manage schedules, and ensure adherence to contracting processes while maintaining cost control and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• EPA 608 preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of commercial HVAC/R experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation projects and ensure on-time completion with customer satisfaction.
• Schedule, sequence, and assign work activities based on priority and manpower.
• Communicate with customers, owners, contractors, and field staff.
• Read plans/blueprints and ensure proper installation of energy management and leak systems.
• Manage safety, quality, and cost to meet forecasted costs and close-out.
